Objective

The Manager leads a team of Strategists, Analysts and support roles to drive successful outcomes. Their coaching and training brings the best out of their team, and their client interactions create confidence and strong relationships.

The Manager’s main KPI is Gross Margin, defined as revenue Digital Advertising services minus team and support costs, across their client “book of business.”

Responsibilities & Processes

Team Development (50%)

  • Group training on best practices and emerging techniques
  • 1-to-1 coaching of individual team members for skill growth & advancement
  • Support account strategy with a dual focus of growing clients & team members

Client Relationship (25%)

  • Participate in “key moment” communications (monthly, quarterly)
  • Seek opportunities for cross-service promotion, partner introductions

Team Management (25%)

  • Contribute to delivery improvements (playbook, process)
  • Resourcing (prospect audits, client audits, client assignments)
  • Vetting & hiring new team members with Director final say

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience managing omnichannel paid media campaigns with $50,000+ budgets
  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Prior experience with Lead Generation and E-Commerce businesses

Preferred

  • Relevant Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, Microsoft Accreditation
  • Prior people leadership experience, including leading projects and/or direct reports
